Old Town's table since 2004

Choice City has been part of Fort Collins' Old Town for over two decades — a family-owned spot next door to The Armstrong Hotel where good food and familiar faces have always gone hand in hand.

Where it started: a butcher and a deli

Choice City opened in 2004 with a simple idea — quality ingredients, honest food, and a counter worth coming back to. Those butcher-to-deli roots are still in the DNA of everything we serve today.

A full dining room, a fuller menu

The counter gave way to a full dining experience — craft cocktails, local draft, and a menu anchored by the Reuben and Short Rib Croquettes. In 2025 we refreshed the space, blending Old Town heritage with a warmer, more modern feel.

The people who kept it going

The core team at Choice City has been here through every chapter — including the hard ones — and that continuity shows up in how guests are treated every time they walk in. Regulars notice it, and so does the room.

We source from neighbors we trust: Savory Spice Shop, Northern Lights Coffee Beans, Golden Poppy Lavender, Elevations BBQ Sauce, Teatulia Teas, New Belgium, Odell, OBC Wine Project, Silver Grill Cafe, and I d'Eclair. Fort Collins has a deep bench of makers, and we're proud to put them on the plate.
